Project Overview
Growing up on a farm in Sri Lanka, Kumar moved to the UK after the civil war. Having been a livestock farmer for most of his life, in 2015 he instead started cooking masala dosa at markets across the South West – giving respite to his flock of sheep.

Since 2023, Kumar has practiced stock-free farming on an Ecological Land Cooperative site; growing agro-ecological fruit and veg for the food stall in a way that regenerates the soil and works with nature.

The focus for the project with Kumar was to re-brand and re-design his food stall so that he could pitch to sell at more events and festivals.
