Drumard Farm
Northern Ireland
About the project
Located in Cookstown, Northern Ireland, Drumard Farm has been a family-run operation for generations. In 2020, Bronagh O’Kane took over its management from her father, who spent his life working the land.
Bronagh is now steering the farm in a new direction, with plans to focus on Vermicast—high-quality, nutrient-rich worm compost—as the farm’s primary product, aiming to combine tradition with modern, sustainable practices. Bronagh pioneers regenerative land and soil practices and small-scale local production.
